About The Position

The Quality Assurance Coordinator works under the general direction of the Director of Innovation Coordination Services and is responsible for assisting and supporting the ongoing efforts to streamline and monitor program quality both internally and externally with the administration team at CLC- TN. Specific areas of focus will be monitoring the timely completion of services plans, assuring that plans contain all required elements required by Tenn DDA, and assuring that programs is meeting all contractual requirements and outcomes. The Charles Lea Center is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help us develop and implement a unique and new service in Tennessee designed to help young adults in the communities where they live, work, and play. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator grounded in person centered thinking, who can foster a creative and forward-thinking approach to providing services in Tennessee. Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid vehicle insurance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University with Two (2) years' experience with quality assurance program development/ management/ monitoring
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Work remotely with a flexible schedule
  • Work remotely from home-based office, Based in the State of Tennessee

Nice To Haves

  • Two years' experience with DDA preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the timely completion of services plans
  • Assuring that plans contain all required elements required by Tenn DDA
  • Assuring that programs is meeting all contractual requirements and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain an active database of inspections, plans of corrections, due dates, and other information the programs need to track quality requirements
  • Provide training to all staff regarding quality requirements regularly
  • Follow the standards and regulations required by Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging, and ensures that all relevant policy and procedures are adhered to in the programs
  • Provides support to Innovation Coordinators in developing plans which may include providing guidance and support in using a person's first language and defining clear and concise
