About The Position

The Quality Assurance Associate performs day-to-day final inspections of completed products at NSL Aerospace. The role checks products for surface defects, functionality, and overall quality, and verifies that orders meet customer requirements for packaging, paperwork, accessories, and safe delivery. The associate also communicates order changes to help prevent shipping errors and follows safety procedures when conducting inspections. The position includes work in both office and warehouse settings, with desk work and physical work.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of experience in a related field preferred, academically or professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and manual inspections of completed products for surface defects, functionality, and overall quality.
• Ensure customer packaging requirements are met and reflected in the paperwork.
• Complete final inspection checklists to verify order conformity.
• Identify, flag, or remove non-conforming, damaged, or inferior products.
• Verify accessories and packaging to ensure safe delivery.
• Communicate order changes to prevent shipping errors.
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment usage during inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
