About The Position
The Quality Assurance Assistant supports and maintains the Dry Cleaning component of REVOLVE’s Quality Assurance Department. The role involves handling merchandise throughout the dry-cleaning process, identifying apparel flaws, inspecting incoming items, and assisting with related department tasks. The successful candidate works effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and is willing to help wherever needed.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience working in a dry cleaner, warehouse, or QA/QC environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly and effectively identify apparel flaws.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks without constant supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Office or Excel skills.
- Technical fashion knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pickups from other departments and scan merchandise into the defect location.
- Assist with sorting incoming inventory pallets and scan items into the defect or dry-cleaning location.
- Assist with the liquidation process.
- Maintain checkout and check-in records for merchandise assigned for dry cleaning.
- Review each item for dry-cleaning or laundry issues, then tag and bag it.
- Review items for mending or restoration in-house rather than sending them to dry cleaners.
- Receive and inspect incoming dry cleaning for approval.
- Assist in other areas of the department or company as needed.
