About The Position
Redeemer Health Care Center, a Cassia senior community, is hiring a Registered Nurse to serve as a liaison to residents’ insurance benefits and support the Case Manager with Medicare scheduling, monthly billing, charting, and notices of non-coverage. The nurse collaborates with Admissions staff, the Case Manager, and the Supply Coordinator, leads Medicare team meetings, and ensures physician certifications are obtained. Additional duties may be assigned to support quality care and compliance. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position on the day shift, with occasional evening and/or weekend work. The wage range is $46.13–$48.12 per hour, depending on experience. The position is based at Redeemer Health Care Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- At least 2 years of experience; long-term care experience is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Proficiency with computer software.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

- MDS experience.
- Experience with Medicare and patient insurance.

Responsibilities
