About The Position
Redeemer Health Care Center, a Cassia senior community, is hiring a Registered Nurse to serve as a liaison to residents’ insurance benefits and support the Case Manager with Medicare scheduling, monthly billing, charting, and notices of non-coverage. The nurse collaborates with Admissions staff, the Case Manager, and the Supply Coordinator; leads Medicare team meetings; and ensures physician certifications are obtained. Additional duties may be assigned to support quality care and compliance. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position working days, with occasional evenings and/or weekends. The wage range is $46.13–$48.12 per hour, depending on experience. The role is based at Redeemer Health Care Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a 119-bed nonprofit senior community offering skilled nursing, TCU, and memory care.
Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- Have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Be capable of multitasking and staying organized.
- Be proficient in computer software.
- Have verbal and written communication skills.
- Be detail-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Utilization Management experience.
- MDS experience.
- Experience with Medicare and patients’ insurance.
