About The Position

The Quality and Compliance Facilitator assists in identifying, coordinating, and evaluating quality data to support strategic plans and ensure regulatory compliance. Working with the Director of Quality, this role facilitates multidisciplinary quality improvement teams and mentors department managers in developing, monitoring, and analyzing data to identify trends, create measurable indicators, and initiate quality improvement activities. The facilitator also conducts evidence-based research to support improvement efforts and supports the Quality Department with regulatory compliance and process improvement related to safety, culture, and quality throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• Knowledge of healthcare and behavioral health.
• Excellent written and typing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Ability to work autonomously, with excellent problem-solving and mediation skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to keep all job information obtained through the position confidential.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Psychology or a non-related degree is acceptable.
• Legal, quality, or risk experience is helpful.
