About The Position
Phoenix Mecano, Inc. is hiring a Quality and Compliance Manager in Frederick, Maryland. This is a permanent direct-hire position. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Industrial and Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Management, or a closely related degree field; a foreign degree equivalent is accepted.
- Two years of experience as a Quality and Compliance Manager, Product Manager, or Project Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ability to manage calibration processes and documentation control, including traceability records.
- Knowledge of ERP documentation and reporting processes.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools used to monitor quality and compliance indicators.
- Knowledge of international standards, including ISO requirements.
- Ability to coordinate compliance activities with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
