About The Position
SPARC is seeking Qualified Mental Health Professionals to serve clients in Burke and Caldwell counties. This role is for professionals passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, as part of a diverse, inclusive, whole-person-focused team delivering mental health care. The position offers a starting salary of $52,000–$55,000, with higher salaries available based on experience and increased pay for prior Family Centered Treatment (FCT) experience. Prior FCT experience is not required; support and training are provided.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, such as psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Family Centered Treatment (FCT) experience is compensated with increased pay, but is not required.
