About The Position
Behavioral Health Services of Virginia (BHSVA) – Fredericksburg is hiring part-time Qualified Mental Health Professionals to provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services in the Fredericksburg region. The role offers part-time hours with a full, consistent caseload, reliable referrals, weekly clinical supervision, and clinical support. Clinicians work with children, adolescents, and adults and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners. The position is not PRN or on-call. BHSVA describes its Fredericksburg team as growing and offers ongoing training, accessible clinical leadership, and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- QMHP Certification (required).
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in community-based or behavioral health services preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services.
