About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a QMAP for its inpatient detox and residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role provides medical support to stabilize clients and help them participate in treatment. QMAPs assist with nursing shift duties, coordinate care with medical and clinical teams, manage medical supplies, arrange appointments and aftercare, and help address pharmacy needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Required QMAP licensure.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable them to engage in treatment.
• Assist with nursing shift duties, including taking vitals, conducting drug screens, administering medication, charting, and reporting.
• Coordinate care with extended medical and clinical teams.
• Manage, order, and restock medical supplies.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange post-discharge aftercare providers.
• Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.
