About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a QMAP for its inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The position provides medical care to help stabilize clients and support their participation in treatment. The QMAP assists with nursing shift duties, coordinates care with medical and clinical teams, manages medical supplies, schedules appointments and aftercare, and helps address pharmacy and prescription authorization needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Required QMAP licensure.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable them to engage in treatment.
• Assist with nursing shift duties, including taking vital signs, conducting drug screens, administering medication, charting, and reporting.
• Coordinate care with medical and clinical teams.
• Manage, order, and restock medical supplies.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post-discharge.
• Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.
