About The Position
Applewood Our House is seeking a flexible, high-energy PRN QMAP to support its residential homes. The role involves traveling among locations in Golden, Lakewood, and Arvada, providing dependable and compassionate care in calm, small-home settings. The schedule is flexible and requires availability to cover call-offs, open shifts, and staff paid time off. Compensation is $19.50 to $21.00.
Requirements
- Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) certification.
- Commitment to a flexible schedule and ability to work at different locations as needed.
- High dependability, particularly when covering urgent staffing needs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or memory care experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and in compliance with Colorado regulations across different households.
- Provide gentle, dignified assistance with activities of daily living, adapting to residents’ individual needs.
- Support residents with dementia patiently and appropriately.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions or behavior to the local household team.
- Travel to Applewood Our House locations as needed to cover staffing needs.
