About The Position
Harcourt Terrace is seeking a QMA Nurse Scheduling Coordinator. This role is crucial for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times to provide quality nursing care to residents. The coordinator will collaborate with leadership to manage schedules, ensure compliance with guidelines, and foster a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana QMA or CNA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
