About The Position

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. This role requires a CNA or QMA and focuses on creating staffing schedules that ensure the provision of quality nursing care. The coordinator collaborates with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to communicate staffing needs and ensure compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, interpersonal communication, and fostering a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana CNA or QMA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
