About The Position

Kodland is a digital platform that connects tutors with children and young people around the world. We are currently looking for Python Tutors to join our fast-growing team! This position involves delivering fun and engaging lessons based on the provided curriculum and materials, working with children aged 10 to 14 during online classes, both individual and group sessions (9–12 students). You will also improve your teaching skills under the guidance of experienced Kodland mentors, share feedback on lessons and materials with the team, provide regular and detailed reports on student progress, enhance the learning experience and student engagement in class, be a positive, influential, and friendly figure at Kodland, and implement creative ideas to support students.

Requirements

Python programming skills at at least an intermediate level.
Willingness to acquire new skills and improve those you already have.
Readiness to teach children and help them achieve high results.
Availability to work on weekends and/or on weekdays and in the evenings.
Ability to work independently.
No criminal record and no prohibition on working with children.
Own laptop with a camera and microphone.
Stable internet connection.
A quiet place to work.

Nice To Haves

No teaching experience is required.
Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us.
