About The Position
Kodland is a digital platform that connects tutors with children aged 5 to 17, offering courses in game development (Unity/Roblox), programming (Scratch/Python), web development (Javascript, HTML, CSS), digital design (Blender/Photoshop), and Minecraft. Our mission is to equip children with future-ready skills and foster their interests. Kodland operates in 40 countries, serving over 30,000 students.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic 3D principles (polygon modeling, topology, perspective, rendering, materials, collections).
- Ability to work in 3D graphics software (Blender is used for the course).
- English language proficiency at B1 level.
- Willingness to communicate and engage with children aged 11+.
- Knowledge of graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop, Photopea, Figma, Canva.
- Ability to work independently.
- No criminal record and not subject to a prohibition on working with children.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Patience, good nature, reliability, approachability, and politeness.
- Punctuality and good time management skills.
- Enjoyment of interacting with children and team members.
- Ability to follow set goals and guidelines.
- Willingness to help children eagerly.
- Desire to improve pedagogical skills based on feedback.
- Clear pronunciation and articulation.
- Own laptop with a camera and microphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work.
Nice To Haves
- A background in design for creating harmonious, meaningful, and expressive object-spatial environments.

Responsibilities
- Deliver fun and engaging lessons using provided scripts and materials.
- Improve teaching skills with guidance from experienced Kodland mentors.
- Communicate feedback on lessons and class content to the office team.
- Provide regular, detailed reports on student progress.
- Track and improve class engagement and the overall learning experience.
- Act as a positive, influential, and open ambassador for Kodland.
- Implement creative ideas to stimulate and support students.
