About The Position

This remote contract role contributes to an AI training project by solving algorithmic reasoning, debugging, and other constrained technical problems. Work consists of self-contained coding and technical challenges designed to test advanced AI models. Tasks may involve exploring unfamiliar codebases or terminal environments, understanding precise objectives, implementing solutions, testing against explicit or hidden constraints, and producing reproducible results. The role is approximately 15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule; workers choose their hours and days, including weekends if desired. Compensation is output-based, with payment per task that meets project specifications, and minimum submission requirements apply. Selected candidates are expected to begin their first task within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.

Requirements

• Python skills.
• C++ skills.
• A Codeforces profile is required.
• Strong understanding of common data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to reason carefully about constraints, complexity, edge cases, and correctness.
• Experience debugging unfamiliar code or solving technically ambiguous problems.

Nice To Haves

• A public or otherwise verifiable Codeforces profile demonstrating meaningful competitive-programming experience.
