About The Position

The Problem Solver is part of GOAT’s Operations team, which manages the worldwide distribution network, authenticates sneakers, fulfills orders, and supports on-time delivery. The role helps resolve issues in the fulfillment flow by communicating with buyers and sellers, applying marketplace guidelines, and returning orders to the flow for same-day shipment. It also involves learning GOAT’s standards for sneaker conditions and order statuses, picking inventory, processing returns and orders, and quickly and accurately photographing sneakers. This work takes place in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Be highly organized and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Have a background dealing directly with customers and suppliers.
• Be willing and able to operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment to move quantities of merchandise.
• Be a quick learner and self-starter, able to work independently and handle increasing responsibility.
• Be able to stand for long periods, up to 12 hours.
• Be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Document issues and communicate with sellers and buyers to reach an optimal resolution according to marketplace guidelines.
• Ensure orders in the fulfillment flow are resolved and returned to the flow for same-day shipment.
• Develop an understanding of shoe conditions, especially those considered issues by GOAT standards.
• Pick shoes from inventory and process specific returns and orders to buyers and sellers.
• Take photos of sneakers quickly and accurately.
• Develop an understanding of GOAT order statuses to help triage escalated orders.
