About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring audit preparedness, troubleshooting cases with issues, and maintaining the training matrix for all associates. The Problem Solver will manage all Quality Systems records and written procedures for ID Logistics, including Standard Operating Procedures and Monthly Quality Training. They will ensure SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required, and that all documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements. This position also involves ensuring documentation for internal audits is current, reporting corrective actions to associates, and reporting safety non-conformance. Additionally, the role assures inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts, identifies and researches unique inventory occurrences, and investigates inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts to determine root cause. Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems is required. The Problem Solver must follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices, report noncompliance, and observe all company safety rules. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ration and percent and to generate and interpret graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Through compliance (DMS or Corp Compliance) instruction, systematic completion of all associate training and recordkeeping of.
• Superior organizational skills are critical.
