About The Position

Tory Burch is hiring a Support Associate to assist with front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customer service and the smooth running of the store, including greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, handling shipments, and organizing the stock room. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to support product flow and create memorable customer experiences. The position requires flexible availability, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible, resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, and efficient; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
