About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role helps ensure product flow and the smooth running of the store while contributing to welcoming, memorable customer experiences. Duties may include greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room. The associate works collaboratively with a team focused on retail excellence. The role requires open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
