About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports the store team in delivering a transformational customer experience and maintaining operational excellence. The role provides customer assistance, supports sales associates, processes transactions and merchandise, and helps keep the sales floor, back of house, and offsite storage organized. The associate represents Tory Burch’s brand philosophy and aesthetic while contributing to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.

The position requires an open, flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to verify their legal right to work in the United States. The compensation range is USD 17.00–20.00, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
• Greet and connect with customers by offering beverages, providing iPads, and answering questions.
• Communicate with and follow through on customer requests in support of sales associates.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge and ownership to support customer service.
• Process POS transactions accurately, including ringing sales, wrapping merchandise, processing returns, and applying discounts and promotions.
• Run product to the sales floor, ship products to customers, and conduct transfers and markdowns according to store communications directives.
• Use radios and store technology tools with proper understanding and etiquette.
• Partner with the leadership team to address customer service issues, product damages, repairs, exchanges, and concierge-like needs.
• Assist with fitting room activities, including providing sizes and returning merchandise to the floor.
• Answer the telephone using proper telephone etiquette.
• Follow sales and operational policies and procedures, accurately process transactions, and capture customer information.
• Process and document incoming and outgoing shipments and receipts accurately.
• Support operational and back-of-house activities and maintain organization in back-of-house areas and offsite storage.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and communicate new receipts and inbound merchandise to the team.
• Assist with store maintenance and supply ordering.
• Meet deadlines for IMRDs, damages, transfers, charge sends, and other tasks.
• Print tickets in WebIM properly.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
• Emulate the brand aesthetic and maintain an enthusiastic attitude.
• Help maintain brand and operating standards, store presentation, replenishment, and folding; take initiative during downtime and act with urgency during peak periods.
• Leverage in-store technology to support customer experience.
