About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The role helps maintain smooth store operations and product flow while working collaboratively with the retail team to deliver welcoming, memorable customer experiences.

Daily tasks may include greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room. The position requires schedule flexibility, including availability for overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts; occasional overnight travel may also be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, and bend; and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
