About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role may include greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to provide welcoming, memorable customer experiences and help deliver retail excellence.

This seasonal position requires flexibility to meet business needs, including availability for overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. The role involves physical activity, including lifting and carrying at least 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
