About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports store operations, customer experience, and brand standards at Tory Burch. The role helps create a welcoming, polished, and transformational customer experience by assisting customers and sales associates, handling transactions and product requests, and supporting store and back-of-house operations. The associate represents the Tory Burch brand through product knowledge, fashion awareness, a positive attitude, and adherence to company values and operating standards.

The position requires open availability for a flexible schedule that may include overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the United States. The compensation range is $17.00–$20.00 USD, with offers based on relevant experience and work location.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Identify ways to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
• Greet and connect with customers, offer beverages, provide iPads, and answer questions.
• Communicate and follow through with sales associates on customer requests; provide product knowledge and ownership to support excellent service.
• Process POS transactions accurately, including ringing sales, wrapping merchandise, processing returns, applying discounts and promotions, and capturing customer information.
• Run products to the sales floor, ship products to customers, and complete transfers and markdowns according to store communications.
• Use radios and store technology tools with appropriate understanding and etiquette.
• Partner with store leadership to address customer service issues, including product damage, repairs, exchanges, and concierge-like needs.
• Assist with fitting room activities, including retrieving sizes and returning merchandise to the sales floor; answer telephone calls using proper etiquette.
• Follow sales and operational policies and procedures and protect company assets by adhering to loss-prevention policies.
• Accurately process and document incoming and outgoing shipments and receipts.
• Support operational and back-of-house activities, maintaining organization in back-of-house and offsite storage areas.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and communicate new receipts and inbound merchandise to the team.
• Assist with store maintenance and supply ordering; meet deadlines for IMRDs, damages, transfers, and charge sends; print tickets in WebIM.
• Prioritize and multitask with attention to detail to produce desired outcomes.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle; embody the brand aesthetic and an enthusiastic attitude.
• Maintain brand and operating standards and support store presentation through replenishment, folding, and taking initiative during quiet periods and urgency during peak business.
• Use in-store technology to support customers' experiences.
