PT Support Associate - Seasonal F&F-3
About The Position
The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail store with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running items, operating the register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to help deliver excellent customer experiences. This seasonal role requires schedule flexibility, including availability for overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. The position involves physical activity, including lifting at least 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
