About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role helps ensure product flow and the smooth running of the store while working collaboratively with the retail team to deliver excellent customer experiences. Duties may vary from day to day and can include greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, handling shipments, and organizing the stock room. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
