About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced, changing retail environment. The role helps ensure product flow and the smooth running of the store while contributing to welcoming, memorable customer experiences and working collaboratively with the store team.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support front-of-house operations.
• Run products and assist with store needs.
• Operate the cash register.
• Answer phones.
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.

• Support the store team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
