About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running items, operating the register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences and retail service. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, motivation, and efficiency.
