About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may involve greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The position works as part of a collaborative retail team focused on customer service and memorable customer experiences.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; resourcefulness, collaboration, motivation, and efficiency are valued.
