About The Position

The Support Associate helps ensure the smooth operation of a Tory Burch retail store by supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. The role may involve greeting customers, running products, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, handling shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow. The position calls for a flexible, resourceful, collaborative, and efficient team member who can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
