About The Position

The Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The role may involve greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to help deliver excellent customer experiences and retail performance. Open availability is required, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, and efficient.
