About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running products or items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth operation of the store. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences and retail service. Open availability is required for a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
