About The Position

The PT Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The employee sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency. The role promotes a positive, team-oriented environment with employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement. The supervisor also supports employees’ ongoing development through orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans as required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
