About The Position

This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. The supervisor holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. The role oversees daily work to ensure assigned duties are completed safely and on time, supports employee training and evaluations, addresses package concerns, and maintains UPS ethical standards and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
