About The Position

This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. The supervisor holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 4:00 AM–9:00 AM, with shifts varying based on operational need. Compensation is $26.25 per hour with yearly raises. Full benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, and more. The role also offers $25,000 in tuition assistance. The Employee Type is Permanent.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure assigned duties are completed safely and on time.
• Understands and consistently demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.
• Holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.
