About The Position

This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. The supervisor holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. They oversee daily activities to ensure assigned duties are completed safely and on time, facilitate employee training, coordinate evaluations with management, and determine solutions to package concerns. The role also involves maintaining productive relationships with employees, management, and customers; participating in group meetings; and consistently demonstrating UPS's ethical standards and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
