About The Position

This position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and job-related tasks. The supervisor holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards. The role oversees daily warehouse activities and ensures assigned duties are completed safely and on time.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Conduct and participate in group meetings.
• Coordinate evaluations with management.
• Determine the best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Hold teams accountable for attendance and submit timecards.
• Understand and consistently demonstrate UPS's ethical standards and code of conduct.
