About The Position

The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The position establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor ensures employees comply with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements; manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency; and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. The position also supports employees’ professional growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
Management experience.
