PT Hub Supervisor
About The Position
The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The supervisor provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements; manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement. The supervisor also implements development plans and ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, regular evaluations, and coaching. This is a permanent position. Applicants must meet the stated U.S. work-authorization requirements. The listed base pay range is $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, varying by factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education or training, and work experience. Eligible hires may also receive annual short- and/or long-term incentive compensation, which is not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
