About The Position

The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds functional working relationships with personnel across the organization.

The supervisor ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements; manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. The supervisor also implements employee development plans and ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and coaching.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.
