About The Position

The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor ensures employees follow safety policies and procedures and that operations comply with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements. The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented environment; and implements employee development plans. It also ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, regular evaluations, and ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.
