PT Hub Supervisor
About The Position
The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The supervisor provides effective leadership and builds functional working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position oversees adherence to safety policies and procedures, manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency, and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continuous improvement. It also supports employee development through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance.

- Ensure employees comply with safety policies and procedures and applicable department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required.
- Ensure employees receive detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
