PT Hub Supervisor
About The Position
This position supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The position provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The role manages department resources, ensures compliance with safety policies and requirements, and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. It also supports employees’ professional growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required.
- Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
- Hold workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
