About The Position

This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies opportunities, publishes reports, and conducts service audits. The position also requires verifying system downloads, identifying service failures and exceptions, printing and distributing daily reports, updating reports and communicating changes to PDS, using mapping tools, comparing previous and actual dispatch data with planned dispatch, maintaining loop analysis, using available reports and systems, and completing a monthly dispatch audit.

Requirements

Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Familiarity with package flow technologies.

Responsibilities
