About The Position
Harmony West Des Moines is hiring a Physical Therapist to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility, restore function, relieve pain, and improve quality of life. The therapist works with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans, monitors residents’ progress, and adjusts treatment plans as needs change. The role also involves helping residents feel comfortable and supported throughout therapy. Harmony has an in-house therapy team and offers tools and mentorship to support professional growth. New graduates are welcome. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are offered.
Requirements
- State of Iowa Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to sit for boards.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to motivate residents.
- Passion for helping others and commitment to providing high-quality care.
Nice To Haves
- Physical therapy experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome.
