About The Position

Independence Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist for an approximately 25–30-hour-per-week position at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso in Tucson, Arizona. The role provides clinical variety across the continuum of care: inpatient rehabilitation in skilled nursing and outpatient therapy in assisted living and independent living. Outpatient treatments are scheduled as individual 45-minute appointments. The position is not expected to grow into a 40-hour role, and scheduling is flexible across both workdays and the structure of the workday. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats geriatric patients, develops and adjusts individualized plans of care, collaborates with facility and interdisciplinary team members, and provides supervision, mentorship, and support to PTA team members.
