About The Position
Albany Location would be in schools and office/telehealth Elk River is School based, telehealth, and in office. Hours full-time (25) and can be a combination of above mentioned locations. We offer furnished office, all supplies (play therapy included and encouraged!) all billing, scheduling, or you can be in charge of your own! We offer bi-weekly consultation and quarterly team retreats with in house training and CEU (over $1000 value a year) We offer a competitive wage, PTO, ESST, IRA with company match, phone/internet reimbursement, QSEHRA ($400 per month), AFLAC contribution, CEU reimbursement, free licensure supervision and free Play Therapy Supervision 2 hours per week! Benefits package is worth $20,900 per year! Requirements
- State of MN licensure of LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP (pre-licensed applicants are also encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work within an insurance-based billing system.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in providing psychotherapy in an outpatient, day treatment or inpatient setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of attachment theory and relational and somatic modalities preferred
- Experience and training in working with families and children
- Training in trauma based therapeutic interventions
- Experience working in trauma-informed settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducting diagnostic assessments in-person and/or via telehealth
- Providing ongoing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in-person and/or via teletherapy.
- Ability to provide culturally responsive services.
- Must possess creative and collaborative clinical skills.
- Must be able to sustain attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be flexible, reliable and able to meet paperwork deadlines.
- Must possess great organizational skills.
- Must want to work with children and families - training provided
