About The Position

Reflect is a community-rooted outpatient therapy practice in Seattle dedicated to making quality mental health care accessible. We serve individual adults, couples, and teens with low to moderate acuity needs, accepting most major insurance plans and select Medicaid/Apple Health plans, with income-based sliding scale fees. As a training-centered practice, we invest in our therapists' growth through weekly clinical supervision, bi-monthly in-house trainings, and a continuing education stipend. Our team values diversity in licensure, theoretical orientation, and lived experiences. In-person connection is central to our work, with beautifully furnished offices in Capitol Hill and Ballard. We are also building the Reflect Community Network, a professional membership and networking community for therapists and allied health professionals.

Requirements

• Current associate mental health license in Washington State (LSWAIC, LMFTA, or LMHCA) in good standing, or advanced graduate student status eligible for a clinical internship placement.
• Strong ability to build therapeutic rapport and alliance.
• Collaborative spirit and genuine interest in being part of a team.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback and supervision.
• Commitment to inclusive and affirming care for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
• Capacity to build and maintain a caseload of at least 22 sessions per week.
• Willingness to work some evenings.
• Timely documentation within 72 hours.
• Adherence to the ethics code of your professional association.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individual adults, couples, and teens.
• Work with clients navigating a range of life challenges, primarily low to moderate acuity.
• Build and maintain a caseload of at least 22 sessions per week.
• Complete timely documentation within 72 hours.
• Adhere to the ethics code of your professional association.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision.
• Attend bi-monthly in-house trainings.
• Contribute to a team culture built around clinical consultation, peer support, and mutual accountability.
• Potentially facilitate workshops or community programming.
