Psychotherapist II

Mindful CareWest Hempstead, NY

About The Position

Mindful Care is hiring New York State Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to provide remote psychotherapy in a structured, supportive clinical environment. This role is designed for clinicians who enjoy a consistent schedule and working with a variety of patients... without the burden of managing administrative logistics on their own. You will be supported with built-in supervision, scheduling, and billing services, allowing you to focus on what matters most... patient care. This is a 100% remote telehealth role with a consistent 4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts, no weekends required. It features a structured daily workflow designed to reduce unpredictability, with a mix of 40-minute therapy sessions and 20-minute MicroTherapy sessions. Weekly clinical supervision is provided to support growth toward LCSW. This is a more structured and active clinical environment than traditional outpatient therapy. Clinicians who thrive here tend to enjoy consistency, collaboration, and a steady, supported workflow.
